On 01-05-2021 International K9 Search and Rescue K9 team of Harry Oakes
with his search dogs Tyler and Ms Cindy Lou responded down to Monmouth, Oregon and performed a Night wilderness search for a 14 yo missing blind dog named Kassie who had been missing for 2 days and nights of Dunn Forest Road, Monmouth, Oregon.
We searched the pond, surrounding woods and home areas and the sar dogs led me down to a lower pond and indicated a "Death alert".
On 01-06-2021 Kassie's little body was recovered from the pond where the SAR Dogs had led Harry on 01-05-2021.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the Olmstead family for the loss of Kassie.
