On 01-15-2021. International K9 Search and Rescue Services conducted a private search for Josh Frazier. Josh has been missing since 01-07-2021. We tracked him north from where he had been seen at the gas station in Kelso, Wa. on Pacific Way. During the track, the SAR Dogs started picking up a "Death scent" in the air. Winds were coming from the North and that's the direction the dogs were tracking. Throughout the track the dogs kept directing me towards the river. (See map). Police have been notified. We did find numerous dead deer remains which the dogs totally ignored since it wasn't who they were looking for. www.k9sardog.com There is no way that I can say the remains in the river are those of Josh Frazier. But, what I can say with 100% accuracy is that there are HUMAN Remains in or along the river where the map shows the location.
